The City Tour 2 Double is the smallest double stroller in the Baby Jogger range. It's designed to travel and easily fits through standard doorways with its ultra-narrow design, it's also one of the most lightweight double buggies on the market, weighing just 14lb when folded. It's perfect for traveling with a toddler and a newborn as you won’t exceed airline luggage allowances. It can also be folded into the size of a small travel bag, so you can store it in the back seat of your car.
It's simple to fold the Z-shape with one hand. Once you've gotten used to it, it's small and takes only a few seconds. Our tester found the auto lock somewhat difficult to understand, and also because the handlebar does not lock into the position you push it into to the side, it struck her leg when she used it. She also thought that the handlebar was on the short side. This is especially the case when a large changing bag is hanging from it.
Unlike other lightweight travel buggies that aren't loaded with features and is one of the most comprehensive double strollers on the market. It can be used with two carrycots (available separately) and has multiple recline positions, and has a UV 50+ canopy. You can also add the bassinet to either or both seats to transform it into a travel set-up.
The four rubber composite tires are great for pavements as well as urban terrain. However, they are not designed for off-roading. They had trouble with long grass and gravel and there wasn't enough clearance between the wheel bracket and the wheel and mud sank easily.
